Senior Investment Decision Manager

Are you CIMA qualified or equivalent? A large organisation is seeking a Senior Investment Decision Manager to join their team. You will ensure that the Strategic Finance team provides value-adding guidance and challenge to projects and programmes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring best practice is followed in business case development and advising project and programme leads on best programme management and decision-making practices
• Leading on review of business cases at different stages of development
• Ensuring value for money investment 
• Establishing and maintaining a suitable structure for prioritising and selecting the right programmes and projects 

For this role, you need a strong understanding of financial modellingling and scenario analysis with a track record of analysing and presenting information to a high standard. Understanding of the HM Treasury Green Book and 5 case model along with experience of portfolio projects in the public sector is also required.
