Compliance Officer

Are you proficient in local, legal, and regulatory requirements? If so, read on! Our client, a private banking group, is seeking a dedicated and responsible team player to fulfil their Compliance Officer role.

As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the performance of all regulated activities which include Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO), Compliance Officer (CO), and Nominated Officer (NO). 

Key Duties:

• Responsibility for compliance reviews
• Identifying risks and appropriate actions to the senior management 
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Preparing documentation for audits

Key criteria:

• Ability to work independently, whilst taking the initiative
• Law or economic degree, and 5 years of Compliance experience, with 3 years as an MLRO
• Active interest in Capital Markets and their regulations
