Senior Associate, Investor Services

Are you a team player with a good understanding of Corporate Governance? A provider of trust and fund services is seeking a Senior Associate for their Investor Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for deadline assignments, and the overall quality of services.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the Manager with the resolution of client issues.
• Ensuring service delivery, and client relationship management are consistently met or exceeded.
• Preparing CDD packs.
• Ensuring a high quality service for the full cycle of operations.
• Assisting with investor onboarding, FATCA/CRS.
• Preparing and reviewing investor and capital call and distribution calculations.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the fund admin sector, with a strong working knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations. In addition, you need to have effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
