Client Reviewer

Have you experience in a trust administration role and are you seeking a fresh challenge ? A large independent provider of fiduciary services requires a Client Reviewer to join their team.

Key responsibilities 

  • Undertaking reviews of client records ensuring all findings including remedial actions are recorded and any significant issues of concern are brought to the attention of the Compliance Manager
  • Carrying out spot check reviews on procedures or processes as required ensuring findings are documented
  • Ensuring technical knowledge is up to date
  • Undertaking project work
  • Attending team meetings to discuss workloads, targets, sharing ideas and encouraging best practise
  • Assisting in the provision of data for quarterly meetings

Ideally the successful candidate will have 5 or more years' experience in trust administration, with experience in a compliance role for a fiduciary business being beneficial, but not essential.  Good communication skills and a confident team player with a positive outlook are also required.
