Senior Manager - Legal Governance

A law firm is seeking an experienced Manager to join their team as a Senior Manager in their in-house Counsel team. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing full board support to the Legal Executive Board 
• Managing the in-house governance team 
• Being a key stakeholder in the business
• Exploring new technological solutions 
• Providing support with filings or notifications when needed 

Ideally, you need to have strong management experience with relevant legal/ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualifications, along with good knowledge of the regulatory environment.
