Health Management Lead

Do you have excellent leadership and communication skills? Our client is seeking a Health Management Lead to manage their health management team which delivers a range of patient services. 

Key responsibilities :

• Delivery of the health management plan 
• Promoting a positive collaborative working environment
• Reviewing patient data to determine areas which need service development
• Liaising and working with the public health team 
• Managing all members of the team
• Implementing and leading new initiatives and projects, ensuring successful completion in a timely manner
• Participating fully in the practise strategy plan

The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in public health with a health-related degree being desirable.  Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills are required, with a sound working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
