Trust Administrator

Do you have a good academic record? Are you driven and willing to learn new skills? An international bank is seeking a Trust Administrator to provide support to the Trust team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers
  • Ensuring filing and profiling of documents is undertaken accurately and timely
  • Ensuring time is recorded 
  • Responding to client queries and correspondence 
  • Preparing statutory documentation

For this role, experience in a similar administrative role would be useful, but candidates with transferable skills would be considered. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are required along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
