Claims Administrator

Do you have strong administration skills? Are you well organised and proactive? Our client an insurance business is seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support.

Key duties:

  • Managing all incoming correspondence via post, and monitoring e-mails.
  • Supporting the team with any administration duties. 
  • Processing payments and claim recoveries.
  • Assisting the Claims team on an ad-hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work collaboratively, be computer literate, and have Maths and English language GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Whilst this role is not primarily client-facing, it will involve verbal and written communication with clients and suppliers.
