A private bank has an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has great attention to detail and enjoys organising a variety of activities. Responsibilities include reception duties, arranging meetings, minute-taking at sub-committees, providing secretarial support to the business, handling the courier process, organising client and corporate events and working with staff to produce an internal newsletter.

This is a varied and busy role that requires the successful candidate to be proactive with great communication skills. In addition, minute-taking skills are required along with competency in audio and copy typing with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
