Our client is seeking a Corporate Assistant Manager, to ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented for their clients and ensure that the team achieve the Group service standards.
The role holder will contribute to the team’s strategy for growth and participate actively in team and management strategy sessions. They will also bring to the attention of senior management any issues which they feel appropriate, in particular ensuring that concerns and identified risks are reported in a timely and effective manner; to ensure the group comply and meet their KYC obligations by preparing, monitoring and maintaining robust client files, safeguarding the group from potential risks.
Assume shared responsibility in the management of the financial position of the team, including budgeting, monitoring against performance, review of team time charging, preparation of quotations for potential and existing clients and billing.
Applicants must be ICSA or STEP qualified or be willing to work towards these qualifications immediately after joining, have relevant industry experience at assistant manager or senior administrator level, be a team player, with an eye for detail and have great organisational skills.
