Client Services Representative, Custody

Are you someone with either Funds services, or preferably, Client and Custody experience? A financial services company is seeking a Client Services Representative to work in their custody delivery team for a 6-month temporary contract.

This role requires you to act as the principle point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery, whilst understanding client expectations and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

• Responsibility for all client communication and queries, including any investigations and subsequent resolutions whilst maintaining and enhancing the service provided to the client.
• Maintaining effective relationships with internal clients and third parties.
• Actioning and oversight of all the service delivery requirements.
• Assisting with supporting and developing the more junior employees.
• Delivering an excellent unparalleled service to clients.
