Trust Entity Review Officer

Are you dynamic, with excellent attention to detail? Are you seeking a new challenge? An independent provider of fiduciary services is looking to recruit an Entity Review Officer to join their Review team.

Key responsibilities 

• Undertaking detailed reviews of electronic and paper records in respect of client entities and assess compliance with policies 
• Ensuring Directors are advised of any significant issues 
• Detailing any errors, omissions and breaches of policies and legislation and assisting in the rectification of any failings
• Undertaking compliance monitoring 
  Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations , best practice, and internal systems
• Assisting in the formulation and development of policies and procedures 
• Undertaking projects as required 

Preferably the candidate will be STEP or ICSA qualified with a strong compliance background. Good communication skills are needed, with a sound understanding of trust and company law, best practice and the GFSC handbook. If you have good people skills and are a positive team player, this may be the role for you.
