Trainee People Officer

Are you an effective administrator? A local company is seeking a Trainee People Officer to join their team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up to date electronic records of employees
  • Providing administrative support to the People HR team.
  • Co-ordinating training sessions
  • Supporting all people queries 
  • Ensuring contractors have correct health and safety documentation

Excellent communication skills are vital, along with experience of administrative work. In addition, good computer skills in MS office are required and an understanding of people functions, and best practise would also be ideal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move into Human Resources.
