Consultant Private Equity

Are you an experienced Fund Administrator? A financial services company is seeking a Consultant to join their Private Equity team.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the client to resolve investor, audit and tax queries
• Developing a thorough knowledge of your PE client and their requirements
• Ensuring team adherence to the cash management policy
• Organising the investor/call distribution process 
• Managing and completion of the investment transfer process 
• Dealing with fund closings, onboarding investors and related fund and system set ups
• Undertaking company secretarial, board minute writing and regulatory and compliance duties

Previous experience as a Senior Fund Administrator would be ideal, along with good industry knowledge. In addition, excellent management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle varying priorities are needed, along with the ability to problem solve and present solutions.  If this sounds interesting, get in touch to register today!
