Customer Service Advisor

Are you committed to putting the customer first? A growing local company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advising and actively promoting products 
  • Providing end-to-end support to customers on the phone and online
  • Ensuring customer interactions are completed successfully
  • Recording, interrogating and diagnosing customer faults for all general services 
  • Accurately completing order requests
  • Undertaking routine administration such as data inputting 
  • Ensuring other teams are informed are issues that need escalating promptly

For this role, experience in customer service is essential, with superb telephone skills. An interest in current and future technology is important, with the ability to translate complex issues into more easily understood terms. A willingness to work outside normal working hours, to provide customer-focused support shifts is required.
