Trainee People and Culture Administrator

Are you looking to start a career in human resources? If so, look no further! A privately owned client and fund services company is seeking a Trainee People and Culture Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for queries
  • Maintaining and updating candidate and employee records using the human resources information system
  • Organising interviews for candidates and liaising with agencies 
  • Creating role vacancies 
  • Booking training and arranging payment of invoices
  • Assisting with HR paperwork
  • Assisting with social media posts

For this role, you need strong computer literacy skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills with a minimum grade 4 in Maths and English. No prior experience is required, but the candidate must be keen to gain professional qualifications.
