Trainee Client Services Administrator

Are you looking to commence a career in Trust? An independently owned, provider of fiduciary and administrative services is seeking a Trainee Client Services Administrator to join their team. 

Training will be ongoing, and once confident, responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting bank instructions 
  • Setting up and maintaining client and entity records
  • Preparing board minutes, corporate authorities, and shareholder resolutions
  • Invoicing client entities, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records 
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements
  • Assisting with client reporting
