Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for all the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of all candidates. You will need to co-ordinate with the hiring managers to assess and identify their recruitment needs and to further develop recruitment strategies to support the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Looking at strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Screening resumes and applications, and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience.
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates.
  • Facilitating the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a degree in HR, or related subject. If you are proactive, organised and an excellent communicator then get in contact and register below.
