Service Desk Analyst

Are you IT savvy? A specialist provider of fund and trust services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support
  • Recording and updating the asset register 
  • Liaising with members of the technical team and technology partners to resolve issues where support is needed
  • Recording and updating support tickets
  • Daily system security checks 
  • Administrating user accounts 

For this role, you need 1-2 years experience in a similar role and to hold or be studying for a relevant IT qualification. In addition, good communication skills are required both verbally and in writing, along with a genuine interest in IT technology.
