Service Delivery Technician

You will be the first point of contact for clients and be responsible for providing great customer service, whilst getting the opportunity to learn and navigate a diverse range of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with day-to-day IT issues. 
  • Recording information within the correct business tool set. 
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to helpdesk emails/tickets. 
  • Updating, creating, and following company standard operating procedures. 
  • Assisting in identifying reoccurring issues to improve performance.
