Fund Administrator

A family-owned private client and fund services is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrating a portfolio of clients 
  • Assisting with the processing of all aspects of the funds operations, including processing transactions, inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes
  • Helping with minute preparation, board packs, and reports
  • Supporting the training of new staff
  • Assisting with statutory and regulatory filings 

For this role, you need at least 12 months of relevant experience and to be keen to study towards a recognised qualification. In addition, you need to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills are also required.
