Senior Service Desk Analyst

Would you like to provide first and second-level technology support to internal staff? If so, we might have the perfect career change for you! Our client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to process requests for technology services in their busy environment. 

Principal duties:

  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails, and service desk requests from staff regarding technology issues
  • Produce weekly helpdesk reports
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including creating knowledge base articles and procedure documents
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the on status of problems on behalf of the user
  • Installation of equipment
