Senior Insurance Administrator

Do you hold a minimum of Cert CII and are you working towards ACII with at least 2 years of general insurance experience? If so, you might be the perfect person for this role! Our client is seeking a Senior Insurance Administrator to support ICoE team members in carrying out day-to-day insurance, underwriting, and claims processes. 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assist with underwriting assessment and premium.
  • Ensure that AIM and client deadlines are met within the requisite procedures and practices and to the agreed service.
  • First review of (re)insurance documentation to ensure it aligns with the agreed terms.
  • Monitor and chase premiums receipts, reinsurance recoveries, commissions, and brokerage payments.
  • Review and process claims notifications.
  • Supervise the filing system.

Over time, this role will progress to take primary responsibility for a portfolio of AIM clients under supervision.
