A fund services company wishes to recruit a new Senior Administrator/Officer to meet the needs of their growing business.
The new role will provide support to the Manager / Director on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained. To be proactive in the management of staff to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole, and safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively.
It is essential that applicants have previous experience within a financial institution and ideally in a private equity administrative area. A qualification relevant to the administration of private equity funds as well as trust and company administration would be welcome.
Ideally candidates will have a professional qualification e.g ICSA however, ACCA/ACA would be acceptable if the job holder had suitable company secretarial experience.
