Senior Administrator, New Business

A trust company is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their New Business team and will report directly to undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing documentation received from the potential clients.
  • Completing risk profiles, risk reviews, checklists & minutes for new business
  • Preparing invoices and making payments  
  • Carrying out online compliance checks
  • Incorporating new companies and preparing related documents
  • Setting up trusts and preparing related documents
  • Preparing bank applications

Applicants must have a good working knowledge of the new GFSC AML/CFT Framework, including the Financial Crime Manual and the CRM is expected, be a highly competent user of MS Office packages particularly Excel, Outlook and be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and organisational capabilities.
