Sales Account Manager

Do you have hands on experience in sales? Our client, a technology company, has a vacancy for a Sales Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships, and  working with clients to ensure their expectations and needs are met.

Key duties:

  • Suggestions for improving sales and identifying growth opportunities
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients
  • Generating new business
  • Reporting quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Resolving client issues and queries

Someone with proven sales experience is preferable, therefore this role may suit an IT consultant with good commercial skills. Candidates should have a creative, business-focused approach, and a good understanding of sales performance metrics.
