The role holder will be responsible for assessing the risk associated with the handling, storage, and processing of dangerous substances and ensuring compliance with regulations for COMAH, which include submitting safety reports and liaising with Health and Safety Executives. The successful candidate will be required to create and maintain an emergency plan for any potential accidents and coordinate with emergency services to provide a swift and effective level of care, additionally, you will provide ongoing training to all employees.
In-depth industry standards knowledge and technical management of change experience are essential, and relevant qualifications or certificates in safety management would be desirable.
