Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for a number of renewals each month.
• Obtaining up to date information from clients
• Servicing & assisting clients with MTAs, issuing documentation & setting up policies.
• Producing debit notes for premiums and chasing for payment in accordance with policies.
• Going out of the office to meet clients for appointments.
• Ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately.
