Personal Assistant, Administrator

Do you want to be part of a family business, supporting the directors as their Personal Assistant, and Administrator to the Managing Director? The perfect candidate will be working in a similar role, with previous customer-facing experience. This is a part-time role of 12-20 hours per week, or can be full time with added duties!

PA Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all correspondence
  • Managing the MD's appointments and diary
  • Preparing letters, documents, reports, and presentations
  • Arranging Board meetings and taking minutes when necessary, following up on action points
  • Booking travel and accommodation 
  • Assisting with organising company and staff social events

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Maintaining client records
  • Liaising with brokers
  • Providing customer service to clients and responding to queries
  • Drafting correspondence
