A leading insurance broker has an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive personal lines insurance experience, to fill their role of Personal Lines Manager and head up their personal lines department.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of brokers providing delivery of excellent client service and maintaining profitability ensuring both individual and team targets are met/exceeded. The candidate will need to possess extensive product knowledge together with experience in cross-selling and claims processing. A proven ability of strong client relationship management together with excellent written and oral communication is required.
This role requires the positive management, development and motivation of a small team of brokers to include both individual/team training and mentoring as necessary.
The successful candidate will ideally hold or be studying towards the Diploma of the CII qualification, they will be a motivated team player with a high degree of professionalism and leadership skills who can work on their initiative.
