Pensions Support Administrator

A well established pension provider is in search of a new Pensions Support Administrator to involve themselves with all aspects of pension administration within the office.

Responsibilities will include:

The day to day administration of pension structures, reporting to the Senior Pensions Support Administrator, for which full training will be given.

  • Responding to client queries
  • Liaising with intermediaries to whom services are provided
  • Liaising with investment houses and UK pension schemes
  • Updating databases
  • Preparing, collating and dispatching documentation
  • Managing client instructions and liaising with compliance
  • Dealing with administrative tasks relating to pension structures
  • Compliance with Anti Money Laundering and other Regulatory obligations including collation and upkeep of Client Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

Candidates must have a C or above in English and Maths GCSE; Good organisation and communication skills; the desire to continuously learn and improve their skills; Be accustomed to working as part of a team
