A captive insurance business arm of a financial services group is seeking an Operations Technician to join their Operations team, to providing support to their Crisis Management Business Unit.
The main responsibility of the Operations Technician is to provide administrative assistance and support to underwriters and brokers, to help them meet ambitious growth targets. This will include tasks such as data entry of insurance risks, triaging client requests, policy administration tasks, document production, credit control, due-diligence and reporting activities.
Applicants must have excellent analytical skills and a good dose of technical savvy, including strong proficiency with MS Office including advanced mail merge.
