Operations Administrator

Do you have 2-3 years experience in fund administration? An asset management company has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator. 

This role would involve:

• Cash & Stock Reconciliations
• Accounting for fund roll ups and equalization
• Maintaining client accounts into which funds are received for investment
• Reviewing investment restrictions on a monthly basis for the funds
• Assisting with KYC due diligence

For this role, a good understanding of trading, banking facilities/forex arrangements, and markets would be ideal along with strong funds knowledge. In addition, strong numeracy and Excel skills are required.
