Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you well organised? A large commercial company is seeking a Part-time Office Administrator, (30 hours per week 9-3pm mon- fri) to be responsible for managing the smooth day-to-day operations of their busy office, and provide efficient administrative support to the Directors, and the Group’s Head Office staff, and departments. 

  • Booking travel and accommodation for Group, Head Office, and Operations Team Staff
  • Ordering stationary, office equipment, and cleaning supplies 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and answering the reception telephone calls
  • Making necessary arrangements for meetings, including room bookings, refreshments/lunch, and preparation of any required documentation 
  • Ad-hoc administration support to the Directors
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multi-task and work independently, whilst having good attention to detail, and a good level of numeracy.
