A global asset management company is recruiting for a New Business Manager to be responsible for overseeing all new business received into the Guernsey office, whether pensions or trust and company. This entails managing the new business team and liaising with other departments as required to ensure the efficient review, signoff and establishment of new business cases.
The responsibilities of the New Business Manager include day to day management and oversight of the new business team, ensuring efficient and effective review, signoff and establishment processes exist for new business and to provide support to those introducing new business to the Guernsey office.
The desirable candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fiduciary services industry, ideally having sales, development, or marketing exposure, will have current or previous experience at management or supervisory level and hold relevant sales or management qualifications. They must also have a good working knowledge of the fiduciary sectors, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, strong analytical skills and the desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
