Key responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities and agencies
- Receiving and investigating suspicious activity reports and assessing whether external reporting is required
- Providing guidance and training to employees as required
- Assisting the MLCO with the preparation of quarterly reports
- Managing of the periodic relationship risk reviews and oversight of customer due diligence
- Assisting with the reviews of the monitoring and testing of compliance-related policies and procedures
- Submitting regulatory notices
For this role, a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required, along with relevant qualifications. In addition, strong analytical skills and attention to detail is needed, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
