Do you have a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector, and/or at least 10 years’ of industry experience? Do you hold, or are working towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. ACCA, STEP, ICSA? If so, you could be perfect for this Trust and Corporate Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that client service levels are maintained at a high level at all times.
- Providing higher level technical support to the team.
- Interacting with the risk team to ensure all the compliance requirements of the team’s portfolio of clients are met.
- Managing and monitoring the team, ensuring the completion of tasks by the team by actively managing and monitoring all team members' tasks.
- Ensuring all financial reporting requests to the team are dealt with as quickly as possible.
- Detailed and full recording of time billing, aiming to reach a pre-determined billing target.
- Ensuring invoices are sent out by the team on a timely basis and ensuring collection of outstanding amounts.
