Junior Secretary

A leading law firm is looking for a Junior Secretary to join its very busy team, to be responsible for the following duties:

  • Document production and alteration
  • File management using a data management system
  • Fee administration and reporting
  • Coordinate travel and calendar arrangements
  • Audio typing
  • Carrying out searches at the Guernsey registry

The successful post holder will have some office experience, be keen to learn and be familiar with working and formatting documents in Word as well as good keyboard skills.

This is a diverse and interesting role which would suit someone who is wanting to develop their confidence, who is multi-skilled in their approach to work and who is now looking to extend their skills further.
