HR Office Manager

Do you have experience in HR? A global advisory company has an exciting opportunity for an HR Office Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the recruitment of staff 
  • Helping develop and coordinate training plans 
  • Assisting with the development of a clear people strategy
  • Maintaining office facilities
  • Co-ordinating office health and safety issues

For this role, a strong background in HR and good knowledge of Guernsey's employment environment are required. In addition, excellent communication skills are needed, both in writing and in person, along with great organisational ability.
