Our client is looking for a HR Advisor/Senior Advisor to join their team. The candidate will work closely with our existing Guernsey based Adviser by being the face of the HR team, being available to answer queries and escalate matters to senior team members or management as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee satisfaction survey administration, monitoring and stakeholder management, overseeing probationary review process and support stakeholders in making commercial decisions and supporting trainee recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Previous experience within a people role within a professional services firm or similar
•Excellent people and communication skills both oral and written
•A relevant L&D or HR qualification or be willing to undertake a qualification
•A keen eye for detail
•Proven stakeholder management and employee relations experience
