Head of Compliance

Do you have compliance and management experience? An independent fiduciary services company is seeking a Head of Compliance and Risk, to join their team to support the MLRO and MLCO and act as Deputy when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the MLRO/MLCO daily functions and to deputise in their absence.
• Developing risk-based monitoring programmes and testing of policies, procedures, controls, and systems to assess their effectiveness concerning AML and CFT. 
• Communicating to staff and the board any compliance regulatory changes with presentations and training.
• Maintaining AML/CTF/CPF business risk assessments to the board and Risk Committee.
• Attending Board meetings to brief compliance reports. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Compliance and a similar supervisory role as CO, MLRO, or MLCO, and hold a relevant qualification such as an ICA diploma.
