A financial services company is seeking a Head of HR to join their team, to be responsible for the delivery of the Human Resources function across all the offices. The role is responsible for directing and managing the HR function and delivering the HR strategy.
The job holder is responsible for developing and driving the HR strategy forward in line with the needs of the business and in agreement with the Group Head of HR.
The desirable candidate will have strong business acumen, have significant expertise and technical knowledge in the generalist professional field of HR, have experience of handling complex high risk employee relations/legal cases and be CIPD qualified. Significant experience in similar senior management role. Post graduate education or equivalent would be preferred.
