Fund Administrator

A fund administration company, specializing in private equity funds, is seeking a methodical person for a Fund Administrator role. This role will primarily support the Corporate Services team in the regulatory and reporting requirements of the company's private equity funds. 

Key duties:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of fund reporting to investors
  • Co-ordinating the fund investment and divestment decision process including recording decisions and processing related documentation
  • Providing investment transaction information to deal teams and advisors
  • Processing of calls and distributions and cash management
  • Processing of fund and GP payments
  • Tax reporting and maintaining tax records 
  • Statutory and other corporate secretarial matters

The desirable candidate will have a knowledge of statutory requirements and company secretarial processes, have a strong numerical and analytical ability and hold a relevant administration qualifications, and / or willingness to undertake further professional study as appropriate.
