Financial Accounts Administrator

Are you great with numbers? Would you enjoy providing high quality accounts administration for a small, yet strong finance team? If so, you could be the perfect person for this part-time (25 hours) Accounts role. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing bank transfers. 
  • Assisting in annual fee invoicing, and monthly financial reports. 
  • Bookkeeping, maintenance and reconciliation of bank, sales and general ledger. 
  • Issuing recoverable invoices and relevant postings thereof. 

What you will need:

  • Strong financial background with proven experience in finance administration. 
  • Commitment to ongoing learning with peers, management, and other stakeholders. 
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Excel, and other MS Office applications. 
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
