Facilities Administrator

A leading law firm is seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join its team as a Facilities Administrator. The role is varied and includes ordering stationery and refreshment supplies, dealing with deliveries, coordinating the repair/replacement of office equipment, and obtaining quotes when required. In addition, the successful candidate will liaise with the landlord's agent regarding any issues with the building, and assist with office moves when needed.

For this role, a full driving license is required, along with great communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. In addition, any practical knowledge of facility management would be an advantage, along with the ability to work out of hours on occasion.
