A specialist provider of international trust, retirement, and pension solutions requires a Customer Service Officer, to support their Client Operations team in providing a high level of service to clients.

This role aims to support the processes and procedures for an excellent client experience and establish a multi-skilled team. Reporting to the Team Leader, the officer handles operational tasks, supports colleagues, ensures quality control, and adheres to processes.

Responsibilities include meeting service standards, addressing process issues, collaborating with other departments, posting fees, reviewing work quality, handling complaints, monitoring cases, maintaining records, and participating in team meetings. 

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills. You will also handle confidential data, manage time effectively, and be detail oriented. If you can work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility in working hours to meet business needs, have Trust or Finance experience, and or transferable skills, with a willingness to study towards a professional qualification, then register online today!
