Customer Service Representative

Do you have experience working in a busy highlight customer-focused service delivery role? Would you enjoy working collaboratively with a broking team, to contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service? If so, you could be perfect for this role of as a Customer Service Representative working with an Insurance company. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming, assisting, and directing visitors in the office.
  • Providing product and service information, and answering questions and queries. 
  • Determining the quickest, most effective way to help clients.
  • Managing broker diaries daily and chasing clients for updates.
  • Operating the telecommunications and ticketing systems effectively.
  • Providing copy policy documentation on request, creating and issuing proof of no claims bonus, and other ad hoc tasks. 

For this role, you will need a good level of general education, excellent customer care and interpersonal skills, can proactively prevent and/or manage conflict, and have solid written and verbal communication skills with a basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
