Customer Outcome Support Senior Administrator

An Insurance Company is looking for a Customer Outcome Support Senior Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will review and take ownership of handling of client instructions within the Client Case Management team and carry out Anti-Money Laundering reviews of instructions in line with required procedures.

The candidate will adhere to customer service standards, proactively identifying enhancements and solutions in order to address conduct of business risk, or to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be adaptable and customer-focused, with customer service experience
  • Have knowledge and experience of Anti-Money Laundering requirements and processes
  • Have experience in the Insurance, Banking or Investment sectors
  • Have good communication skills with confidence in dealing with people on the phone as well as via formal communication
  • Have proficiency in MS Office applications with well-established capabilities in Word and Excel
  • Have a resilient and proactive attitude
