A local commercial business is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join their Customer Service team for a 6 month period.
The role holder will assist the team in receiving and managing resolutions of all social and business customer enquiries and complaints in a manner that promotes a professional image of the business.
Dealing with a variety of internal & external customers, identifying & assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, advising our customers on their many products and services as well as working with and supporting departments in and around the business.

The role holder will work within a team providing complete customer service provision for opening hours Monday to Friday 08:15 – 17:15 and Saturday 08:30 – 12:00.
