Customer Service Administrator

An e-gaming business is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide customer support services to the business with withdrawals and deposits areas. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer support in relation to withdrawal and deposit queries
  • Liaising with other departments to provide support in relation to withdrawal and deposit queries
  • Processing withdrawals of player funds
  • Producing reports relating to withdrawals of player funds
  • Analysing player accounts in relation to withdrawal, deposits and risk rules
  • Processing and monitoring of supporting identification documentation received from players

Attributes and Skills: 

  • Excellent customer service
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication skills - both written (email) and verbal (telephone)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience within the gaming industry (not essential)
